Date Value to Text Layer with After Effects Expression

Add current date and time value automatically to the text layer with a little expression. Automating things can save a lot of time. If you have big project and there is many values that need to change, you'll save time with little expressions in After Effects.

NUMBER2FRAME

Frame numbers on images is great way to keep tracking what happening in different timings. Number indicator in frames is very used in video and animation pre-productions. I have faced situations where I need numbers but there is no option to show or produce them on to the image. Of course there is timeline, but I need to burn that frame number to the image itself. NUMBER2FRAME is tool that make you a little image sequence from your chosen frame range.

In this week I have done mainly things that related straight to the story. I have planned shots, done animatic from the storyboard and started the layout. There is so much to do before I can start to make the "real" 3d job, but I think these phases teach me a lot about whole short film process.

Escape Breakdown

Everyone who's in creative sector knows that learning new program can be pain in the a**.  Usually that's because you don't have enough time to learn. And if you try to learn it now and then you forget everything after a while.

It's summer holiday here and good time for learn something new. So I decided to learn something new. Time for 3D program called Modo!
